CRM URL

Use the web address you normally open to sign in to your CRM, for example https://yourcompany.crm-now.de. The webservice endpoint is added automatically if needed.

CRM User

Enter the CRM login name of the user whose webservice/API key you want to use. You can find it in the CRM user profile or get it from your CRM administrator.

API Key

Use the webservice/API key from the same CRM user's profile. In many CRM systems it is shown under My Preferences or the user settings; otherwise ask your CRM administrator. For security reasons, the key is not shown after submit.
